Detailed Description
|
Complete refurb. Under way. Aircraft used as medivac ship since new. Very clean, corrosion free Airframe. 3000/5 year inspection and all other maintenance inspection will be completed. Complete repaint by Alpine Aerotech- Interior, Exterior, Avionics Bays, and inside of Cowlings. All Soft lines will be replaced with new. All removable wiring harnesses replaced with new Both Power sections and Cbox fresh out of Vector/Acro Pratt &Whitney DOF (Designated Overhaul Facility) after complete overhaul.
Update
Aircraft reassembly is underway. Hoping to have the ship completed by Dec-10/2008. Inspection by Appointment in Kamloops, B.C Canada. Please contact Brad, Ralph or Stuart with any questions you may have. Additional equipment can be added at buyers cost.

3/6/1992, registered N402MA Limited damage when the skid saddles broke during a slide landing on a gravel strip. The crosstubes rotated aft and the aircraft settled on the crosstubes. Damage to the night sun and lower wire cutter.
1/31/1993, registered N402MA Limited damage when the aircraft hit a wire during takeoff from a highway. Aircraft landed in the field and one main rotor blade was found marked and the windshield cracked. The wire cutters severed a 3/8” strand of aluminum wires.
7/26/2007, registered N586AC Major damage when the aircraft was being transported via truck to an airport for engine repair. The main rotor head hit the bottom of an overpass during the transport. All structural repairs performed by Bell Approved Structural Facility- Alpine Aerotech.
