Aircraft had a go-around in 2006 from near gear up. Minor paint scraping and damage to prop. Engine that was involved is no longer in the plane. In February 2015 the aircraft experienced a runway excursion in OH associated with a slippery runway which caused a partial nose gear collapse. The engine was removed for sudden stoppage, 1 wing skin replaced on right wing, left lower cowl replaced, prop and engine replaced. Work performed by Hov-Aire Craftsmen (150 PA-46 Repairs)
