Currently in Anchorage, Alaska awaiting repairs. Hoping to keep it around the Minneapolis/St.Paul, Minnesota area with fractional ownership of aircraft.

1972 Cessna 421B. Aircraft has recently underwent an extensive Annual Inspection with most of the discrepancies fixed including an overhauled propeller.

Cruise at FL 250 @ 225 kts in pressurized comfort over most weather with a fuel burn of 42 gph. Slow down to 200kts and get a 5 hr endurance with over 1000 mile range. (see cruise performance chart from manual in photo section. Airspeeds in mph)

Airframe
The tail section took some damage during a snow/wind storm in Alaska. The aircraft settled onto the tail and a hole was punched up through the bottom of the tail directly under the horizontal stabilizer. This is repairable. Have complete logbooks.
