IO-550-A5B Continental 300 horsepower Missile conversion completed in 1998 by Rocket Engineering replaces the 200 HP Lycoming. 840 hours on factory "0" time engine with GAMI fuel injectors. New spark plugs.

Modifications/Conversions
The Missile Conversion by Rocket Engineering upgrades the engine to 300 HP, upgrades to a 3 bladed full feathering Hartzell propeller, removes cowl flaps, streamlines cowling, installs dual batteries along with many other enhancements.. This aircraft also has Lasar Speed Modifications. The landing gear was upgraded for the increased gross weight of 3200 lbs for a useful load of 1160 lbs. Long range fuel is 64 gallons.
