N521A is presently at the paint shop (J and M Aviation in Virginia) after contacted a snowbank resulting in damage to the right wing, gear doors and prop strike. A well known and well regarded Mooney Factory Authorized Service Center (Air Mods and Repair, Inc Trenton-Robbinsonville Airport (N87)) facilitated the repair which included the installation of a new right wing tip. This was a factory assembly purchased from Mooney and is a direct replacement. All factory rivet holes and hi-hock holes were used. Please see the attached log book entries for more details.
