Selling for local private owner, very nicely maintained 170B with low time engine and prop. Aircraft is hangared, has a number of nice modifications completed to enhance this classic Cessna tail dragger. Owner has assembled 3 heavy binder notebooks on the aircraft to include sales brochures, pilot reports on the aircraft, invoices, AD lists, historical data on the 170B series, and STC mods on this particular aircraft.
