Very nice, low time, TKS deiced, great for year round operations, especially this winter, also equipped with the Flint tip tanks, 30 gals. extra fuel, 117 gals. total fuel, increased gross weight by 200 lbs., which gives a useful load of approximately 1349 lbs. The aircraft has GAMI injectors, Reif engine heater, oversized wheels and fairings, and copilot instruments, avionics include the Nav II package with a King KMD-550 multi function display with the KTA-870 traffic system, WX-500 stormscope. Autopilot equipped with King slaved HSI coupled to GPS. Aircraft always hangared, no damage history, complete logbooks. Crank AD complied with.
