Low Total Time, Garmin 430W, 201 Windshield and a very good maintenance history.
See the photo of the TAS calculation. I had a chance to fly the plane on a HOT Texas summer day. 100+ on the ground. Takeoff roll was well less than 1000 and the landing roll was about the same (both about 700 ft). Temps all stayed 400 or less in the climb. Dropped to 320-380 at cruise. I climbed to 8,500 MSL and the Density Altitude was over 11,000 (see photo). I dialed everything in (PC trimmed out perfectly, did not have to correct for direction - elevator trim trimmed out perfectly, never wavered on altitude). Checked the TAS - 148 knots. I have flown a lot of C / E / F models. This one is a keeper.
