Oil Changes 35 Hour Interval - Approx.
At 658 Hours Total Time Lycoming Factory Replaced Crankshaft. Lycoming disassembled, cleaned, and inspected engine. Replaced the crankshaft, crankshaft gear, camshaft and gear, fuel pump, intake tube, idler gear, injector, oil sump baffle, oil pump body, Cylinders 1,2,3,4,5,6 were replaced including valves, springs, & seats. Also replaced were (2) magnetos, ignition harness, oil pump impellers, intake pipes, oil sump baffle supports, intake rockers, exhaust rockers, all bearings, piston rings, all tappets, all piston, all hardware necessary for the repair and all perishable items. Engine was tested in accordance to Lycoming Factory specifications and was determined to be airworthy and in safe operating condition. Additional Service Bulletins and instructions completed at same time by Lycoming Factory. Lycoming Factory Date 3/27/03.
