This aircraft was sold new by AVEX, in 2004. The aircraft has been maintained to the highest level of compliance (per Chapter 5 of the Socata Maintenance Manual) since new, all maintenance has been done on time and there is no mandatory requirement that has been deferred on this aircraft. The aircraft will be sold with a fresh Service Center Annual at closing.
The aircraft has always been hangared and both the exterior and interior of the aircraft are immaculate. The aircraft has been cleaned and waxed regularly, and has not seen extensive passenger traffic, it shows excellent.
There is no damage on the aircraft of any kind and the plane shows itself as a superior plane in terms of quality and appearance.
The avionics have been upgraded to the same level as the 2007 TBM-850 panel, with GMX-200, WAAS and Roll Steering. All work performed was done strictly in accordance with the Socata drawings and has performed flawlessly since installation.
The aircraft will be delivered with a Fresh Service Center Annual, all airworthiness and mandatory service bulletins were be done at the time of delivery.
