Cirrus Aircraft has established a new business unit called Cirrus Services that will bring the company’s flight training, service, and support initiatives together under the same umbrella. This new unit follows in the footsteps of other Cirrus programs like Approach, Embark, and Jetstream, all of which are designed to offer the highest level of customer service throughout the entire process of owning an aircraft. Cirrus Services will operate out of the Vision Center Campus in Knoxville, Tennessee, which features a new flight training center and Level D full-motion Vision Jet simulator.

    The Cirrus Ownership Experience

“As Cirrus continues to grow aviation by bringing game-changing new personal aircraft to the market, most recently with the Vision Jet, we recognize the importance of bringing that same innovation to developing a premium, comprehensive and lifetime Cirrus ownership experience,” says Todd Simmons, Cirrus Aircraft President, Customer Experience. “Now, Cirrus Services streamlines our ability to deliver on that promise, as the new group serves to focus enterprise talent and resources on delivering world-class care to make owning a Cirrus rewarding, safe and simple for a lifetime.”

    Leading The Way

Ravi Dharnidharka will serve as the senior vice president of Cirrus Services, bringing years of aviation experience to the position, including his service as a fighter pilot in the United States Marine Corps, where he flew an F5N Tiger II and an AV8B Harrier. He also served as the director of business development for Senior Aerospace Ketema before joining Cirrus Aircraft as the senior vice president of business development.

“Our goal is to welcome more people into general aviation by significantly elevating the entire customer experience,” says Dharnidharka. “Cirrus Aircraft is already known for an exemplary new aircraft sales and delivery experience and we’re excited to combine our collective talents into a fully integrated team dedicated to continuing that world-class experience throughout the lifetime of ownership.”

Controller.com has a variety of new and used Cirrus aircraft for sale, including SR22, SR20, and Vision SF50 models.
