Description
History
This Bonanza entered service with Lufthansa on 11 November 1986 and was used for pilot training until October 1991. During this period, it accumulated 2,434 flight hours and 5,723 landings.
The aircraft subsequently passed into private ownership. The current owner acquired it in March 2014 and has kept it hangared since. Today, D-EIZQ has approximately 4,057 hours total time.
Damage History
Gear-up landing in August 1999 at 3,075 hours total time. The left wing and lower fuselage were repaired, the engine was overhauled and a new Q-tip propeller was installed.
Premature landing gear retraction during takeoff in 2014, resulting in a propeller strike. The engine was overhauled, the propeller was replaced, and repairs were carried out to the nose landing gear bay and rear cone.
