    TTAF 6750 hr. LH Engine IO-520M 100 SMOH LH Prop Hartzell heated 3 blade 100 SPOH LH Engine IO-520M 100 SMOH LH Prop Hartzell heated 3 blade 100 SPOH

Both engines and props OH 03/25, all new Millennium Cylinders at overhaul. 

Heater: Southwind TSOH 280.

Extra capacity fuel system: 200-gal usable; Tip mains 50 gal each, aux 30 gal each, wing locker 20 gal each.  

History: Well-maintained Cessna 310R. 1975 exported from the factory to France, (factory corrosion primed) Corporate maintained. 2009 imported and re-registered in USA, Airworthiness issued. Early records are in French and complete. Re-painted 2018. 

N310ND has seen regular use flying 900+ hours in the last 16 years since. Records show regular maintenance. March 2025 both engines and props overhauled, Engine beds thoroughly cleaned, inspected, (no cracks) primed.

Extensive annual. remove all carpet and floor panels, clean, remove minor surface corrosion, strip and prime interior floor panels, R&R Interior carpet with new. R&R both wing locker bladders. R&R KX155/KI203 with serviceable yellow tag NAV/COM. R&R KI525A with serviceable Yellow Tag HIS. re-seal all windows.
