    Great opportunity to get into a HIGHLY Maintained Pilatus PC12 for just over $1M. The Pilatus Maintenance Manual calls for a Life Extension Program event at 20,000 hours. This program is estimated to cost about $500,000-$700,000 and is due in about 3,000 hours. Before Calling to ask questions.... -The Seller is firm on the asking price -The airframe logs are not complete or original -The engine logs are complete and original -There is "damage history" (flight control surface replacement from hangar rash) -The Engine IS BEYOND TBO -The Propeller IS BEYOND TBO -The aircraft is available for inspection in Sioux City, IA by appointment only. Bring your mechanics. -There are 6 seats in the aft cabin. There are a lot of take off 4 blade propellers for the 5 blade upgrades
