ENGINES — Continental IO-470, 260 horsepower each, 1,700-hour time between overhauls
Right: 19.8 hours since overhaul. Overhauled according to Continental Mandatory Pats Replacement in 2026 by myself, an A&P. Components were overhauled by reputable shops and assembled by me. The overhaul was necessary due to low compressions and a bad camshaft. See logbooks photographed in this listing.

Inspection Status
Inspection Status
In 2015 the aircraft separated from a tow bar during ground handling and rolled into a ditch, resulting in a prop strike. The left engine was removed and sent to Corona Aircraft Engines for teardown inspection. Work performed: crankshaft ground and polished; counterweights, counterweight pins and bushings replaced, new crank and rod bearings; crankcase was reconditioned— effectively a bottom-end overhaul. The left propeller was overhauled at the same time by Stockton Propeller. The horizontal stabilizer was replaced with a serviceable used unit, which carries minor hail dimpling. Logbook entries covering the incident, the engine teardown, and the propeller overhaul are photographed and posted here. I know of no other damage history.
