2010 DIAMOND DA20-C1 ECLIPSE
Description
This 2010 Diamond DA20-C1 Eclipse (registration ZK-DAV) is an honest, working example of the world's favourite
composite two-seat trainer, offered at our most accessible price point. A replacement Continental IO-240-B was fitted
in June 2024, the MT propeller was replaced in December 2024, and new magnetos were fitted in February 2025.
The DA20-C1 pairs a carbon-fibre composite airframe and bubble canopy with crisp, responsive handling and
remarkably low operating costs. The panel features a Garmin dual-screen flight display alongside a Garmin
GPS/NAV/COM stack, a Garmin GTX 33X ADS-B Mode S transponder and a 406 MHz ELT. In active service with
over 210 hours flown in the past 12 months, and maintained to the manufacturer's maintenance program by the New
Zealand International Commercial Pilot Academy (NZICPA), it is ideally suited to flight training, time building or
affordable private flying.
