This airplane has always been hangared and has spent its entire life in the dry climate of Salt Lake City. It has been meticulously maintained throughout its life, and the care and condition of the aircraft reflect that. 1341 flight hours.
The annual inspection and CAPS parachute repack were both completed in March 2026, providing a significant advantage for the next owner.
For those considering a 2007 G3 or even some of the 2006 G2 aircraft, it's worth noting that the CAPS parachute on many of those aircraft will be coming due for repack in the next year. The combination of an aircraft that has always been hangared, lived in a dry climate, and has a recently completed parachute repack makes this SR22 particularly attractive.
