Solid dependable Baron with a good IFR platform. IO-470L engines. This isn't the nicest plane out there and has paint chips and imperfections. Has 6 place intercom. LED lights. Rosen visors. Right side engine and prop logs were lost by the previous owner prior to 2014. Over 800 hrs were put on since then. All airframe logs are present. Annual was completed 11/25. All compressions were in the 70s. We upgraded to a small jet for our mission so we rarely fly this anymore.
