2022 Kodiak 100 Series III | N482G | S/N 100-0316 | Approx. 550 Hours Total Time N482G is one of the best equipped Kodiak 100 Series III aircraft available today. The first owner ordered a full custom paint scheme at delivery, and no other Kodiak 100 wears this color. Inside is the Summit+ interior in Cool Grey. The seats face forward or aft, so you can run club seating, high density seating, or anything in between. The interior and cockpit present nearly new. The equipment list is close to everything Daher offered on the airplane: external cargo pod, TKS FIKI ice protection, 29 inch tundra tires, single point refueling, dual zone air conditioning, 10 place oxygen with the large 115 cubic foot bottle, and a Garmin G1000 NXi suite with GDL 69A datalink weather and radio, GTS 800 traffic, WX-500 Stormscope, Flight Stream 510, ChartView and SurfaceWatch. Damage history, stated plainly. In June 2023, under the first owner, the aircraft was damaged during an attempted takeoff from a beach runway at 164.8 hours total time. The nose wheel fork assembly, the propeller, and the engine all were affected. The aircraft was repaired by Alaska Aircraft Sales, an FAA certificated repair station, working with Daher Kodiak and Pratt & Whitney Canada. Installed new during that repair: a complete engine rebuild by Covington Aircraft Engines, a Pratt & Whitney authorized facility, a new Hartzell propeller, a new engine truss mount frame, a new nose landing gear assembly, a new nose gear drag brace, new nose gear fairings, a new forward cargo pod nose bowl fairing, a new left exhaust stack, a new generator control unit, and new batteries. The starter generator, alternator, oil cooler, overspeed governor and both tachometer generators were overhauled. The airframe passed a full airplane geometry inspection, a main landing gear hard landing inspection, and a wing to fuselage attach structure inspection with no defects noted. The aircraft returned to service in October 2024 with a fresh annual. Since the repair the airplane has flown roughly 385 hours under its second owner with no trouble. A March 2025 borescope of the engine found nothing at any inspection point. The April 2026 annual was completed by JAARS, one of the premier Kodiak operators in the world, and the pitot static, altimeter and transponder certifications were renewed in June 2026. Complete digital logbooks are available for review.
