The aircraft is flown regularly, so airframe and engine times will continue to increase.
Prior Damage History: In 2015, the previous owner experienced an alternator failure. The orignal backup alternator did not provide sufficient electrical power to extend the landing gear normally (this has since been replaced by the B&C 410 Alternator). An emergency gear-extension procedure was initiated; however, the landing gear was not fully hand-cranked into the down-and-locked position before landing, resulting in a landing-gear collapse on the runway after landing.
Repairs were completed by Beegles. New 3-Blade McCauley Prop was installed. The engine was removed, disassembled, repaired as required, and inspected by Western Skyways. The repair work was extensively documented, and supporting records are available upon request.
Complete logbooks available upon request.
