GE Aviation Extends TrueChoice Flight Hour Service To T700-Power Helicopters, Sikorsky Models Included

    Posted On: January 30, 2020

GE Aviation is now offering its TrueChoice Commercial Services program for its T700 family of helicopter engines, which are used in various Sikorsky helicopters, including this 1980 Sikorsky UH-60A Black Hawk for sale on Controller.com.

GE Aviation recently announced it’s now making its TrueChoice Commercial Services program available for its T700 helicopter engine that’s used in such models as Sikorsky’s S-70i Firehawk and commercial UH-60 Black Hawks.

    Make Your Choice

TrueChoice Flight Hour is described as a comprehensive offering for maintaining commercial helicopter operations in order to meet operators’ business and financial objectives and optimize the cost of ownership. It’s already offered for GE Aviation’s CT7 turboshaft engines, which are used in Bell 525 Relentless, Leonardo AW189, and Sikorsky S-92 models.

Bill Neth, GE Aviation T700 customer program manager, says GE Aviation offers the TrueChoice portfolio at a “competitive and predictable price” with options to meet customers’ changing needs. TrueChoice Flight Hour Options include scheduled and unscheduled shop visits, spare engine availability, flight line LRU (line replaceable unit) coverage/availability, onsite and offsite training, and service bulletin and airworthiness directive coverage. The program is powered by GE Aviation’s data and analytic abilities and experience helping customers “reduce maintenance burden and service disruptions.”

    Find Your Helicopter

You’ll find a big selection of new and used piston and turbine helicopters for sale every day on Controller.com, including Sikorsky, Bell, and Leonardo models.
