All AD's complied with.
The maintenance emphasis has been to make sure the machanicals are reliable. So extensive repairs been made. This is a 49 year old airplane. but it has mechanicals less than ten years old many less than 1 year old. The airplane has been maintained to be ready for flight not sit waiting for repairs. It presents well and your passengers will be confident in flying in it.

This airplane did encounter damage in the past. All damaged items have been repaired with new, overhauled, or serviceable replacement parts.
Right main gear collapsed in 2024. The right flaps, aileron, and landing light were replaced. The entire landing gear system was overhauled.
Bent nose gear linkage 2018 due to FBO ground handling error. Replaced damaged links. Rigged gear per Cessna manual
Right wing replaced for spar corrosion many years ago.
