There’s good news for operators of France-based Dassault Aviation’s Falcon business and private jets. The company, a subsidiary of Dassault Group and a producer of combat aircraft, will provide a full offering of assistance services in 2018 to Falcon operators attending major global events, including the upcoming Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The current Falcon lineup includes the flagship 8X, 900LX, 2000LXS, 2000S, and 7X trijets. Controller.com also has Falcon 2000, 900, 50, and 10 models for sale.
Ready & Willing
In addition to regular troubleshooting services that Dassault’s Falcon Command Center provides 24/7, Dassault’s full complement of support services to customers will include Technical Team assistance, offsite GoTeam dispatch service, and a FalconResponse portfolio of AOG (Aircraft on Ground Services). Dassault states FalconResponse is the only AOG service equipped with specially designed, dedicated aircraft to fly spare parts, tools, and technicians to remote sites, as well as provide alternative transportation when passengers need to reach their destination in a timely manner.
Davos & Beyond
The first major event Dassault provide support assistance for in 2018 was the World Economic Forum that recently wrapped up in Davos, Switzerland, attended by CEOs, heads of state, and other leading political and business leaders. For the forum, Dassault bolstered its support team at the Zurich International Airport and the St. Gallen–Altenrhein Airport. Support included making additional resources available from Falcon Authorized Service Centers located in the region.
The next major global event Dassault will provide assistance services for will be Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis on Feb. 4, followed by the Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea, Feb. 9-25. From June 14 to July 15, Dassault will focus on the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
