Used Jet Asking Prices Tick Up Slightly, Inventory Levels Stabilize In September
The new Sandhills Global market report covering September data for used jet aircraft on Controller.com and other Sandhills platforms shows both inventory levels and asking values trending sideways. Asking prices in September posted a month-over-month increase of 0.98% and a year-over-year decrease of 2.61%. This marks a shift from August, when asking prices declined by 1.42% M/M and 3.76% YOY.
The used light jet category recorded the largest M/M increases in both inventory levels (up 9.06%) and asking prices (up 1.53%). Meanwhile, the super mid jet category saw the steepest YOY decreases in inventory levels (down 19.19%) and asking prices (down 5.67%).
